Q: Why am I having problems signing up?
A: Our site does not allow potential members to sign up using out of date web browsers. We use the latest form of technology to protect your privacy. Therefore, you must up date your web browser, or use a different web browser such as Chrome, FireFox, Safari, or Internet Explorer. Please make sure the web browser you are using is up to date.

Q: Can I sign up using my Iphone or Droid cell (mobile) phone?
A: Yes you can. Our site is mobile friendly. We have tested it on both types of mobile devices and it works perfectly. However, if you experience any issues, please let us know how it occurred so we can find a solution.

Q: Is my information sold or rented?
A: We value your privacy. We will never sell or rent your information.

Q: How do I become a premier member and does it cost anything?
A: Premier membership upgrades are FREE and are given to those that upload a professional headshot or picture. We do prefer headshot. We do reserve the right to reject or not upgrade a member.

Q: What does premier membership include?
A: This is mentioned in the Talent section. Please click on the word talent in grey towards the top of this page.

Q: Why do I have to fill in my birthdate?
A: Entering your birthdate tells us you are of age and that you are a live human being. This helps us prevent people spamming our site. In addition, it also lets us know you are of age. There are state and federal requirements that we have to adhere to. We are not allowed to collect information from someone under the age of 18 in the United States without parental permission. Your birthdate is not shown on your profile. We do not disclose your age to anyone. Only the age range is displayed dependent upon whether or not you fill it out. Age range is OPTIONAL.

Q: Why doesn't your application recognize the dot/period in my Facebook link?
A: It does not require it. It works perfectly without the dot. If you are still having issues with our app not accepting your profile, leave it blank and send us the information by clicking on the contact us button. We will input it for you.

Overall, if you are having issues registering, we want to know about it. Let us know what information the application is not accepting. Please be specific, so that we know how to fix it from our end.
